We collect only what we need to sell and provision your eSIM: your account details (via Google sign-in), your purchases, and the destination/usage data required to activate service with our partners. We use Stripe to process payments and never store full card details.

We do not sell your personal data. Signed-in users can download their Journey account data and delete the account data Journey stores directly from Privacy controls. You can also contact support for privacy requests.

Cookies & analytics

Essential cookies needed to run the site (sign-in sessions, checkout and referral attribution) are always set. For analytics we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are only loaded after you accept them in our cookie banner — until then, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this site, which will bring the banner back.
